Deposit and Withdraw policy



Cryptocurrency buying is an opportunity that may generate profit requires Real Wallet customers to deposit money on their online account. Profits may be withdrawn from the online account.






Deposit to Real Wallet should be made from a source (payment system, credit/debit card, ect.).
Client should provide card/bank account ownership confirmation to avoid payments from 3rd parties.

For example, if a client wants to deposit using card, the selfie with card needs to be provided. There are other methods of verification depending on the location of the customer and amount of transaction per month which may be applied including but not limited to providing other documents and/or video interview (read more about verification and AML policy). If client don’t comply with this policy, deposit can be rejected.
Please note that client’s account Real Wallet can be deposited with the amount different from what was sent because of the commission. The Company
charges minimum 1% commission but additionally the client can be charged by payment system or bank.





According to generally acceptable AML rules and regulations, client should withdraw funds only through the same bank account or credit/debit card or payment system account that was used to deposit the funds and the same currency.

In addition, when you deposit or withdraw money using alternative payment methods, you should be aware that additional fees and restrictions may apply.

Additional information and documents may be required to present from client during withdrawing process.


Withdrawing process



1.    To withdraw your funds you should follow several steps and rules below:

2.    Log in to your personal account.

3.    Click “Withdraw” under Total Balance section

4.    Choose amount and currency which you want to use for withdrawal

5.    Select type of payment system where you want the money to go to (VISA, MasterCard)

6.    If the additional documents are required, we will contact you within one working day.

The Company charges 1% commission. Other commissions based on the beneficiary’s bank may apply.

Withdrawing process will be completed within 5 business days from the moment of accepting withdrawing request by the Company from the Client.

Attention! Real Wallet, in accordance with international laws on combating terrorist financing and money laundering, does not accept payments from third parties and payments to third parties are not carried out.

Real Wallet is not liable in case of 3rd parties delays, who are not related to the company.
Bank transfer takes 3-5 banking days under normal conditions.
The Real Wallet company processes withdrawals to the Visa, Mastercard, within 1-2 business days. But please note that under normal conditions payments go up to 6 banking days.



Currency exchange



Real Wallet provides clients with ability to exchange credited funds after depositing.

1) Find “SWAP” button in the main menu of the wallet

2) Choose the currency to be exchanged

3) Type amount and choose the currency to receive converted money

4) Click “Send”

Swap requests are done immediately. Commission is not applicable.



Refund and Return Policy



Real Wallet provides clients with a clear and transparent refund policy. In case you are not satisfied with our service level and in case you did not make conversion transactions, you can request a refund. We offer 100% refunds if the original service deposit doesn’t have Complete status yet. Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days. After Success status your deposit will no longer be refundable.
When you become a client of Real Wallet, you agree not to request a refund or chargeback from your payment method provider at any time while or after using our services. Please note, profits or losses received as a result of your activity cannot be a subject to refund request.
Refund should be made only to the payment system/card client used to deposit.
If the origins of your funds and/or your whole activities are contrary to our Anti-Money Laundering Policy (
AML policy) we reserve unilateral rights to cancel transferring of funds (deposit or withdraw) and freeze the assets to refund them back.
